Arc AAA LED Flashlight with Blue LED, Black hard anodized body. Sometimes it takes some effort to get it to come on. Probably an easy fix which I will leave to the new owner to perform. You should consider the flashlight as used, not working.

It does work intermittently, but I have to state this to conservatively rate its condition. I've shown multiple views of the same, one (1) flashlight. You will receive one (1) flashlight. There is very minimal wear to the sharp knurling on the body as is common on this type of flashlight with black hard anodized coating.
