This listing is for one SSM replacement billet intake manifold kit for the RZR XP 900. The factory rubber intake boots are notorious for leaking, cracking and breaking. This can cause intake leaks which lead to lean fuel mixtures, poor performance and worse yet, the ability for sand, dirt and debris to enter the engine. This can cause internal engine damage, wear and part failure. We have seen many of these factory boots fail and cause major engine problems.

Many times, it leads to top end engine part failure, which requires rebuilding of top end internal parts to fix the damage parts. The SSM billet intake manifold is a solution to this problem. This ALL billet one piece aluminum intake manifold is CNC machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and then black anodized for corrosion protection.

This manifold is 100% made in the USA, from aluminum made right here in the USA. It features Viton "O" ring seals and all the hardware necessary to complete the installation. This is a direct bolt on part with no modifications needed. Manifold will reuse the factory intake mounting bolts. Manifold works great on turbo conversions, normally aspirated performance engines and just as well on a bone stock engine too....
