GMC Savana Conversion Van 2 bar 1996-2019 Ladder Roof Rack Aluminum Black

  

This is a Black 2 bar system. This is a Vantech custom "DYI" system. Please take your time and review the process and work needed to complete the system.

Average install time for a 1 bar system is 45 minutes. The system is a clamp on to the factory drip rails. Make sure there is at least 1/2 of clearance on top of the drip rail. This will allow the upright (H55) to sit on top.

Sometimes on high tops van the fiberglass and caulking can get in the way. There is no drilling involved on the vehicle itself, but is required on the roof rack. The sleeve (H55) will required drilling onto the upright (H50) as shown in the picture gallery. This system can hold up 250-450lbs depending on where crossbar is positioned. The Cross bars is 2" x 1" reinforced extruded aluminum with built-in channels.

The aluminum mounting upright is approx. 1/8 thick at the base. The mounting uprights are 8" wide at the base and 28.5" Maximum total height. The Base is welded complete onto the upright post for complete seal. There are four 3/4 eyehook per mounting upright There is absolutely No drilling required for installation (drilling required for assembly), secures with drip rail clamps.

The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge galvanized steel & powder coated 2" x 8" dipped in rubber top and bottom. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and water leaking into post.
